[MDX] Light problem

On some cards like NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 when using HardwareVertexProcessing image is much darker then using SoftwareVartexProcessing. On Intel series 4 card i don't have this problem. I tried this with lights disabled (device.RenderState.Lighting = false) and with light enabled (only on light in scene) What could be the problem ?

One more interesting thing:

Changing light range and falloff does not affect the light on the scene. Scenes with light rnage set to 1 and 1000 looks the same

I have the lastest drivers and i've tried reference rasterizer. Problem still exists :(

I've tried to turn off all light and i;ve set only ambient light and image still looks the same. It's like when turning on HardwareVertexProcessing suddenly all light settings are ignored :(
