OpenGL Problems with eglCreateWindowSurface() on HTC Touch Diamond

Hello! I am trying to get OpenGL to work on my HTC Touch Diamond, but the function eglCreateWindowSurface() returns EGL_BAD_MATCH. Here are the attributes that I am using (according to glbenchmark.com, they are correct for this device): const EGLint cfg_attribs[] = { EGL_RED_SIZE, 5, EGL_GREEN_SIZE, 6, EGL_BLUE_SIZE, 5, EGL_ALPHA_SIZE, 0, EGL_DEPTH_SIZE, 16, EGL_STENCIL_SIZE, 0, EGL_SURFACE_TYPE, EGL_WINDOW_BIT, EGL_NONE, EGL_NONE }; Anybody have any idea what can be wrong? It works perfectly on another phone (Xperia X1) using the same params (has the same graphic chip), so it is not the OpenGL code itself.

I have the same problem on Xperia Play...

When returing from sleep mode I get EGL_BAD_MATCH from eglCreateWindowSurface...
