I didn't find this in FAQ,so I'm asking you.. 1.What is/are the name/s of ogl3.0 library/'s,DLL/'s? 2.Where can I find ogl3.0 library/'s,DLL/'s? 3.If I do something simple with ogl3.0,that is able in 1.2 or any older, will it still need latest GPU(with ogl3.0 support)? 4.Is the programming code diferent in every ogl version (1.1...2.0...3.0) or the new versions of ogl only haves more functions? p.s. Thanks,and sorry for my bad English..

There is no downloadable library for OpenGL 3.0 on Windows, perse. You access all the new functionality the same way you do with all previous versions (calling wglGetProcAddress to get a pointer to the function in the driver). There are helper libraries that (google: GLEW), which removes all the burden of this. I would recommend downloading/installing one of them. :)

What header files do I need to include in my project?

#include "gl.h"
#include "glext.h"
#include "glxext.h"
#include "wglext.h"

I have problem when trying to compile project if "glxext.h" and/or "wglext.h" are included, why is that so? how to make it work?

glx is if your are on X windows (Linux, Unix, etc)
wgl is for Windows.

If you are targetting both, you can do
#ifdef WIN32
#include "wglext.h"
#else
#include "glxext.h"
#endif

And how to add/use OpenGL ".spec" files and WGL ".spec" files?
If I'm right I need that to make "wglext.h" work..
Thanks for all man..
