Is it possible to mix OpenGL/GLUT and DirectInput's force feedback? I have read somewhere that some code for directinput's force feedback does not work for GLUT under win api.

I think you'd have an easier time of it abandoning GLUT, which takes control of much of the underlying Win32 stuff you'll likely need to give to the DI force feedback APIs.
