OpenGL Textured trapezoid without perspective. How?

I want to make a textured trapezoid like the one in the middle on this picture: (the difference is very important to me) According to this URL ( openGL will never produce a trapezoid like that. Are there no way? How? Currently I am just getting something like this: ( I read about the Q parameter here ( but this will just make the texture with perspective, am i right?
