Tired of not being treated fairly from publishers? I'm the CEO of Graffiti Entertainment and was a developer for a lot of years. We are looking for developers that are profitable and want to raise money to build products. Our idea is simple. Become part of the parent company family as a subsidiary. You run the company as before. We will aggregate the companies under one umbrella. A public company umbrella. The parent company is already public, but we want to uplist it to the AMEX. You get access to a licensed publisher that can publish on PC and Nintendo DS, Wii, Sony Playstation 3, Sony Playstation PSP. We also have the channels and distribution setup for products. Since the parent company is public, the price of the stock will increase as the more subsidiaries are acquired. We will be able to raise capital to inject back into the subsidiaries for funding projects. To sweeten the deal, we will offer companies stock (equity) in the parent company that will be free trading in 1 year. On top of that we will give much better deals to subsidiaries of the company, depending on how much money we put in for development. Negotiable on a case-by-case basis, but probably starting at 50/50 if we fund and a better cut to the developer if they fund the development. email: ir@signaturedevices.com if you are interested and tell us about your company and your current profit and loss for 2008. Looking forward to your communication. Kenneth Hurley
