SetGammaControl (Directx 10)

I have a problem with gamma when converting DX9 application to DX10 I replaced lpDevice->SetGammaRamp (0, D3DSGR_NO_CALIBRATION, &gammaRamp); by lpOutput->TakeOwnership (lpDevice, false); lpOutput->SetGammaControl (&gammaRamp); lpOutput->ReleaseOwnership(); and meet following visual artifact: desktop and windows become black when I call TakeOwnership(...) and then don't refresh after ReleaseOwnership() What are approaches of the problem? Or maybe there is any corresponding sample in the net, would be thankful.
