tricky 3D question
Hi
I have a 3D ball in the middle of the lower 3D Quad. then the ball should jump to the quad above him. But how to handle that? The ball will jump but it will be inside the higher quad. I like to have that the ball is in front of the quad but then the ball should lands in the middle. I attached a picture. With a full orthographic cam this will be possible but with 3D ? Is there any possibility?

It sounds like you have geometry that you just want to always draw in front of other geometry, regardless of positioning. If that's the case, it's pretty simple to do: Draw the background geometry, clear the depth buffer, draw the foreground geometry. Of course, this will produce visually unrealistic results, but it sounds like that's what you want.
I don't see how a sphere can climb, but if that is just a placeholder, then you will probably want to have some sort of skeletal/keyframe animation system. You could also use sprites, and do all the frames in the animation yourself, which is fine for very few and simple animations, but the trouble of writing a skeletal keyframe animation system easily pays for itself with many animations that are more than very very basic things.
