mesh data

hy. I'm created a collada importer , so i would implement some classes inherited from the direct 3d mesh class. i think two solution: 1)inherit from mesh class and implement inside my class some method for load data from the collada file. 2)create some class data(texture class data , normal class data, normaltextmaterial class data)all inerithed from a dataClassBase that contains all the values imported from a class importer and incapsulate those classes in a mesh inherithed class that have a memer var of type dataClassBase that support genericall all the data classes . In this case the inherithed mesh class fill itself with the incapsulate data class that can have a load method that "connect" the data and the mesh with polymorfism of load method that change depending of the type of the data class. have you any ideas for a inherited mesh class? Thanks.
