Hi! I have a problem when executing my win32 application (developed in vista with visual c++ express 2008) in a Windows XP SP2. The menu works well but my dialog boxes don't show up! No error occurs, it just does nothing. The manifest file is the following: <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8' standalone='yes'?> <assembly xmlns='urn:schemas-microsoft-com:asm.v1' manifestVersion='1.0'> <dependency> <dependentAssembly> <assemblyIdentity type='win32' name='Microsoft.VC90.CRT' version='9.0.21022.8' processorArchitecture='x86' publicKeyToken='1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b' /> </dependentAssembly> </dependency> <dependency> <dependentAssembly> <assemblyIdentity type="win32" name="Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls" version="6.0.0.0" processorArchitecture="X86" publicKeyToken="6595b64144ccf1df" language="*"/> </dependentAssembly> </dependency> </assembly> If I take the last dependency out it works well, but I lose the XP look and feel... :( Please, any suggestion? Thanks!!!
