If I create a voice and store it in a vector then loop through the vector and do this: XAUDIO2_VOICE_STATE state; vcVoices[i]->GetState(&state); !(state.BuffersQueued > 0) always returns false even when the audio has finished playing. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you certain you're looking at the state of the voice that has finished playing?

Yeah I was just going to reply and say I was an idiot.

This was my code:

voice = CreateVoice();
vcVoices.push_back(CreateVoice());

voice->Start( 0 );

Yeah it was a fairly obvious mistake XD
