OpenGL RTT Compute Wrapper

I seem to remember stumbling over a Direct3d9 wrapper for computation through render to texture on this site. I've lost the link to it and was hoping if anyone knew who wrote it or where on the site I could find the link. Extensive searches have turned up bubkus. It wrapped up writing a stream (vertices, colors etc) to texture stream, computing (shader render to quad), read back, and from what I remember it did it pretty efficiently. I'm trying to port a bunch of OpenGL operations that achieve roughly the same thing to direct3d and it looked like a good cheat sheet. Does anyone remember who wrote it?
