Hi, I am using VC++ and am trying make voxel models out of 3D textures. In order to get my code to compile, I had to use the following calls, PFNGLTEXIMAGE3DPROC glTexImage3D; PFNGLGENFRAMEBUFFERSPROC glGenFramebuffersEXT; PFNGLBINDFRAMEBUFFERPROC glBindFramebufferEXT; PFNGLFRAMEBUFFERTEXTURE3DPROC glFramebufferTexture3DEXT; To make these function calls work. glTexImage3D = (PFNGLTEXIMAGE3DPROC) wglGetProcAddress("glTexImage3D"); glGenFramebuffersEXT = (PFNGLGENFRAMEBUFFERSPROC) wglGetProcAddress("glGenFramebuffersEXT"); glBindFramebufferEXT = (PFNGLBINDFRAMEBUFFERPROC) wglGetProcAddress("glBindFramebufferEXT"); glFramebufferTexture3DEXT = (PFNGLFRAMEBUFFERTEXTURE3DPROC) wglGetProcAddress("glFramebufferTexture3DEXT"); I am sorry but I don't know why these are necessary to get it to work. I have glew and glext included...any ideas? Thanks!

Are you sure you have glew.h included?
Because if you put in PFNGLTEXIMAGE3DPROC glTexImage3D you would get a compile error message. GLEW doesn't allow you to declare the same thing.
