Animation set is saying no animationsets from the controller

i have loaded tiny.x and i know it has 4 or 5 animations , after loading the .x i use ControllerGet NumAnimationSets ,
hr = D3DXLoadMeshHierarchyFromX("tiny.x", D3DXMESH_SYSTEMMEM,d3ddev,&allocMeshHierarchy,0,&mRoot,&m_animController);
if( m_animController)
		m_numAnimationSets =  m_animController->GetMaxNumAnimationSets();
		wsprintf(buffer,"%d\n", m_animController->GetMaxNumAnimationSets());
MessageBox(NULL,"Animation Sets Failed","",0); //comes to here <-----
