Cursors???

I have a quick questio about cursors. Can I create a cursor (apart from using tools) just by using a simple paint program? and then save it as a 32x32 by 256 color? If so, how? Thanks alot!!!

No paint programs that I know of support .cur or .ani formats. You can use a tool such as Microangelo to make cursors. This tools lets you "paste" images onto the cursor, so you can make it in Photoshop or whatever, then paste into Microangelo.
