Hi there, I have just been porting a program from an old Borland 4.5 IDE to the Visual C++ Express IDE which is much better. The only thing is that I don't have a resource editor compatible with Visual C++ Express. Is anyone using one that's any good? All it needs to do really is allow me to arrange some dialog buttons and controls visually and then save it as an RC file and also open the RC files I already have. I want to create some wizards for my program so a resource editor would come in very handy for that.

You mean like the Visual Studio Form Designer?
Borland forms (VCL?) are not compatible with Microsoft ones, so you will need to recreate them (theres no method to convert, or load VCL forms other than through the Borland libs AFAIK)

Thanks fitfool, that was just what I was looking for. Took me a while to get it running, setting the paths and so on, but once it was working it looks excellent.
