Every time I try to replay an animation I just created in Blender, it always plays the other ones I've created too. Does anyone know how to fix this or what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Change your Start and End frames to match the animation that you are testing.
What is happening is it is grabbing all of the other frames that it put in the temp folder(default location is C:\tmp\). You could delete the contents then re-render your animation and all should be well.
