Well I have an API I need to include in to an exporter plugin to cook a collision mesh and I am unable to obtain the 3DS Max SDKs so I would like to start using blender or another free/ cheap alternative but I do not believe it has the ability to write plugins like that, can it? If not then what other alternatives do I have? [Edited by - CodaKiller on December 28, 2008 11:57:14 AM]

im not sure about that crack version since i have bought all mysoftware but if try asking autodesk they might be kind enough to send you the api. Just dont get your hopes up. Lightwave have the sdk up free and it cost 500-1000.

Nice edit. This was a thread about warezing 3DS Max.

Blender has a python API. See the manual and scroll all the way down.

No it was not and exactly how am I going to use a C++ header file in python script?
