I am a completely noob. I've made an animation in maya and exported it in to a X-file. But i don't know how to use it or get the animation from the file. I don't even know if the animation is saved in the X-file. Need help and a good tutorial!

There are many tutorials around the net, along with Microsoft's own MSDN documentation. If you don't like this tutorial, try google.
