Texture memory and LS

If I have a lot of different textures in my Landscape ranges, for example 5 textures, the resulting landscape will not take any more texture memory than a landscape with, for example, 2 textures, right? Because all the textures are combined into a big 2048x2048 texture, it doesn''t make a difference, correct? -Rich

That''s right. Those original textures aren''t needed after you build the big terrain texture. You can delete them from your final build directory.
