Hello, I am new in the topic of game developing, is there any ruther good dictionary with terms being used in this world like traceing, static meshes, etc?

Hello, I suggest google and wiki.

No, of course those words were just an example. But is there some solid page with all that basic words placed on a net?

As MrCpaw says, google and wikipedia can be two of your best resources. If you come about a term that you don't understand, simply search for it.
