D3D10 Particle engine

Hi I'm looking for a managed Direct3D 10 particle engine. I'm using slimDX and direct3D 10 in c#. Everything works fine and we would like to include a particle engine, but we don't really have the time (nor the knowledge) to do this on short term. So if somebody knows a commercial or open source particle engine, please let me know. kind regards Alexander
