Light Class
Currently, I'm working with OpenGL, and I was going to make my own light class. The question I had was whether someone can give me any advice on what my light class should include to make it optimal, and if I'm going to eventually use GLSL, what I should have in it to work with the shaders as well. Sorry if this is a n00b sounding question, but I've just begun to work with OpenGL lights. Thanks.
It should include any information that would pertain to the light and how you want it too look. It really depends on your engine/game and how it works?
simple stuff like position, color, and intensity are good starting points. Try googling "Lights" + "Opengl".
