Hi, I'm just starting to learn C++ (really C.. but it's mixed) in a class, but I want to go a bit ahead of the curve, and want to know what some basic 'problems' are that people use to learn C/C++. The ones in my book are a bit weird, because the book itself doesn't explain what it asks you to do, and doesn't go into depth nicely. The book I'm using is "Starting out with C/C++", and it's decent, but not great. I have other C++ books at home like for Dummies, and another one more specified for game design (but that one might be C#, I have to check @_@) In any case, is there a good place to go where I can find problems to tackle, something sort of homework style? I've read through the beginnings of many guides on the net for beginning C/C++, and not many do this at all, but I'm hoping someone can point me to one that does. Thanks in advance.

150 practice projects

They range from the simple (calculate Fibonacci, reverse a string) to the mildly complex (make pac-man, an mp3 player, a threaded bulk thumbnailer) and are split into 10 categories.
