shining fire ball with black smoke

Hi, now I have two particle system at almost same position. First a shining fire with addisive blending. Second a black smoke with standard blending. Both without z-writing and sorting. The rendering order is decided by every particle system bounding box's center. But due to the camera position change , sometimes fire will be drawn first, sometimes smoke will be drawn first, and there will be a "flash" problem. Does any one have good suggestion? Thanks!
