I used to know this registry hack for Visual Studio where you could make a colored vertical line N characters out to the right in the VS text editor. This served as a nice team guideline for how far out your text should go before you should newline. It's hard to google for this -- anyone know of this trick?

Actually, a follow up:

Anyone know how I could do this for VS2008 Express Edition? Seems there are zero registry entries under /9.0/ (or probably any of the Express Edition installs).
