DXVA in directshow VMR9

I am writing VMR9 with renderless mode, so I can render video onto a texture. is it possible that I enable DXVA when allocate surface. I tried, but one pointer error will come at runtime. I wander maybe it is not allowed at all, or I need to do something else.
