Can render two video cards simultaneously using DirectX9?

I belive if thetwo vid cards are the same (brand and vgeneration) and if theyre linked eith via sli (nvidia) or crossfire (ati) then drivers will attempt to dispatch everything DX renders to both cards.

A need to develop a PC game with two different cameras each with a different monitor. How can I do that?

I believe this link is what you're looking for Clicky . It's for DX8 but it's very easy to adapt it to DX9 (just change the names of varibales to end in 9 instead of 8 (ex. IDirectXDevice8 to IDirectXDevice9 etc. Hope this helps [smile].
