Intel tbb parallel_for exceptions

I need to propagate an exception out of a parallel_for algorithm. I've read the blog posts I, III, IV, other. I know there is a tbb::exception, however I cant' find any examples on using it (well it's derived variants such as captured_exception). Idealy I want:
catch( someexception e)

I was just wondering if anyone was familiar with how this works in tbb and could give me a shove in the right direction?
