I wouldn't mind having a look at it.

Tomorrow (working tonight).
I'd like to take a look too.
This is probably the best forum for this (the others are full of newbies). I've got a DirectX hexagonal engine (which is flexible enough to become a isometric engine with a few constants changed). This engine has:

- DX blitting wrapper (including a tile library)
- mouse-to-map capabilities (both versions)
- A* pathfinding (both)
- height zoning (both. very cool. looks dumb in iso though)
- Direct Input (mouse & keyboard)
- string blitting library (use your own bitmapped fonts)
- file parser

The engine is up for grabs if there is enough interest. I'll whip up a demo in about a week or two to show off everything the engine could do at its current state.

Reason why I'm letting this go? Because it's crap? Heh. No. I can't work on this engine for the next couple of months and rather than let this kick ass engine go to waste, why not let someone else tweak it.
