PL3D version 0.3

Hello, everyone! Like pl3d 0.3 much better then prev. version. However, have one question: why 0.3? What happened to 0.2?

I''m going with the standard even''s are stable, odd''s are unstable approach. I do consider this reasonable stable, but then next release there will be no Texture2D class, so the API is pretty unstable

Besides, it''ll get to 1.0 quicker this way :D (joking)
