Blender, and model loading

Im sure this has been asked before, but i couldnt find any help. How do i save just the model after i build it in blender, and then how can i use it in my program? Ive never done any kind of model loader, so i jst dont have a clue where to start. home.earthlink.net/~eberkain/

icarus, that would help him to know how to load a milkshape model (which would give him a good idea how to load a model), but not in blender format. you can find info on the blender format (i think on their site), but I know it''s out there.

Ive decided that im going to export the models, and change them to c++ code, and use display lists to draw them.
