Human 3D face rendering

Hi, I work on render for rendering 3D human face. Input for this render will be several meshes of face (in 3DS format). And I need to construct smooth realistic animation from these meshes. I have decided to use some kind of interpolation to compute animation. Meshes will have same parameters. They will change only in positions of face vertexes. But I can't decide which kind of interpolation would be best choice. I will be very grateful for any help. Thanks
