I wasn't too sure exactly how advanced this was and I thought it was relatively basic, so I thought I'd ask here. I am programming a project in C++ using the Win32 API. What I want to do is to allow certain users access to certain buttons in specific dialog boxes. I can do that fine, what I am stuck on though is figuring out how to make button controls visible/invisible. At the moment, I'm using SendMessage a lot, but could not find a thing about how to make them visible (bar MFC - and I reeeeally don't want to go back and change a load of code just to fit MFC). Could anyone tell me what message I'd need to send, or what function I'd have to use? Cheers, Ray
