Implement Directx10 Fog

Hi, I am wondering is there a state flag where I can set in Directx10 to enable per vertex fogging just like in Dx9? Or do I have to manually implement them? I have looked through the available state flags in DX10, and don't seems so find it in the Blend or Rasterizer state
