[DX10] Constant buffer variable is always invalid

Hello, whenever I use ID3D10Effect::GetVariableByName("CBModel")->AsConstantBuffer() the variable is invalid. This is the HLSL code:
cbuffer CBModel
{
	float4 texCoordScale[5]:		packoffset(c0);     
	float2 detColPowAndDetNormPow: packoffset(c5.x);
};

I've tried it with different .fx files but I can't get it to works :S
