I'm working on an MD3 loader and have hit a rough spot with the texturing. I was wondering if anyone could assist me with some information. Does it matter that my TGA loader has all the information loaded in 90 degrees rotated? Do I need to flip around the tcoord values? Right now I am assuming that I use the triangle indices to get the correct tcoord order, is that correct?

Each triangle is made up of three vertex indices. The same vertex index is used to look up the position, normal and texture coordinate.

If your TGA loader does indeed load textures rotated through 90°, I'd personally fix that first - but depending on the direction of rotation, simply flipping u and v may indeed fix your problems.
