Hello, I would like to ask whether the RPG Flash Game Multiplayer can be done? If so this is what language is the creation of the games server? And whether there are any lessons already creating flash mmo? And as to the "Flash Player" from the "Shockwave Player" say "Flash player" uses "AS2 to 3, and language, and language uses the Shockwave Player? And maybe you know what flash mmo game? I would like to see those games as a model :) Sorry for my bad English and thank you for your reply!

I'll try to answer your questions in order.

1. It's quite possible to use Flash for the client side of a MMO as well as many other possibilities such as Silverlight or Java.

2. You can write the game server in any server based language. It all depends on what you have access to on the server. If you have full control over the server, there is nothing stopping you from writing C++ code, C#, Java or any other language you want. It just needs to be able to communicate with your client.

3. Flash player and Shockwave player are players for two completely different products. Flash player plays Flash content and the Shockwave player plays Adobe Director content (which used to be called Shockwave a long time ago). I've never used Director myself, but some sample games I have played with it have been impressive.

O Is for instance can do multiplayer flash rpg game with PHP, MySQL?
For instance Fantasy Online ( http://www.fantasy-mmorpg.com/ ) must be a registered forum and then to the forum accauntu lets you connect to the game he created with Flash, PHP, MySQL?

Ask how many dollars per server to connect to flash rpg game? I think the server would Electro-Server (http://www.electro-server.com/) or maybe SmartFoxServer (http://www.smartfoxserver.com/)

It might not hurt to look into the HTML 5 stuff. Can use things like the canvas, maybe interacting with PHP or something some how for the multiplayer aspect
