let's say i read a book but i'd like to read another book are there books for C++ for advanced programmers? or most of them for beginners ? if you know one write it here...

Of course, there are plenty. For example:

Effective C++ by Scott Meyers
Exceptional C++ by Herb Sutter
C++ Templates by Josuttis/Vandevoorde

Note that without AT LEAST 3-6 months of experience in C++, those books won't make any sense to you.
