OpenGL Drawing trapezoid problem.

Hi, i'm working on some app, so i need to draw trapezoidal quad, everything is good, but texture mapping looks too ugly. I've done some google things, and found that there are solutions but i can't find them. I'm using OpenGL ES for iPhone. I've done reading tons of tutorials and examples, and found that there is no one, who need this trapezoid to draw, just simple quad etc. Don't ask me why i can't use z-coord for perspective, believe me, it not depends on me. Please, help me. Thank you.
