Point Light Math V2

I posted about a week ago with no luck. I did a bunch of digging and found this retired thread on point light math. Gdev Link I am having the exact same two problems he talks about with 1) light showing up on every surface. EDIT: ie. the light is lighting up surfaces that arent neccesarily facing it. 2) light seems to move with the camera. I have Posted Several videos on youtube with my lighting... and seem to have gotten rid of the ghostly cubes that were caused by my point light shader. http://www.youtube.com/user/averagejoessu Any Ideas as to what causes these? people in that thread said it was his half-angle vector. Thanks in advance! I can post my shaders again if needed when I get home.
