Transformation of XY to ISO

Hi, This thread probably belongs to this section, although I started it in Isometric land section. Im looking for equations for working with isometric grid, defined by its origin and cell width and height. Basically I would just need to get the row and column by simple X,Y coordinates on the screen. Thank you very much in advance!
