i want to rendar a 2d ultrasound images in 3d plane, have any one ideas how i can do in vc++ using directx or opengl.

every 2d images have (x,y,z) so i want to place in 3d plane.
for example : x,y,z.bmp
2,3,4.bmp
2,7,4.bmp
2,7,4.bmp
7,3,4.bmp
9,3,4.bmp
i will store all images in above format.
