Different texture to map different part of one model

I generate one tree realtime. The tree contains branches and leaves, and I want to use two different texture to branches and leaves. The branches is drawed with D3DXCreateCylinder, and leaves is drawed with two triangles.I have two prolems: 1. how to map texture to cylinder. 2.how to map different textures to branch and leave? Thank you.
