Hosting an off the shelf free forum

Hi,
Newbie question - hence its in the newbie section, but I'm building my own website and want it to have a forum. Are there ready made forum code files (say php+sql) that I can copy and paste onto my site?

I'd just like to suggest something that I've found infinitely better than phpBB or InvisionFree. Ever since Invision stopped their GOOD version of free software, the best the I've found is MyBB. It's free, and reasonably easy to use. Do beware, it's about as bloated as vBulletin, but some people like that.
