Portable SQL Database C++ API library - iAuxSQL [released]

iAuxSQL is released and now available for download. It is advanced, high-level, portable SQL database API library for C++ projects for use in Windows, Linux, MacOSX applications. [url]http://www.iauxsoft.com/iauxsql.html[/url] iAuxSQL provides unified connection to MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQLite databases and besides standard execute/query operations it extends operations with database on higher level through specific extensions: - you can serialize any structure/bytedata to a field (load/save). It is posible to serialize even sound or image data if database engine allows the size of the field. - you can represent a table of database as map/hash_map, load it, add entries, remove entries and save back to database with no SQL queries. This feature allows to make in-game database with object properties, texts and etc. an easy task. - special asynchronious duplicate interface can be started that splits execute / query operations making them full-duplex like and puts all execute operations into internal queue for extremely large number of SQL execute queries constantly submitting - specific save/execute mark mechanism is provided to control execution query completition if this is required for heavy SQL operations - interface to Transactions is provided that extends normal SQL transactions behavior and they are available even for SQLite database - and etc. All these features make information storage question for a game developer a very trivial question.
