vmr9 renderless mode in direct3d enviroment full screen mode

Hello, I have managed to render to texture in a direct3D environment using a vmr9 custome allocator. In windowed mode everything works perfect but if a switch to full screen mode my video is slow and the rest of the directx media is ok. I am using Presentation.Interval = one, i desperately need some help
