What's do you consider the best app/tool for developing a Silverlight 2/3 projects? My project is a card game. In installed the Silverlight SDK and checked it's functionality with my VB Express 2008 and Visual Web Developer 2008. I didn't like what I saw (I am a Silverlight noob though). I see Web Expression also supports Silverlight development. I had used the trail of this product months ago but didn't like how it man-handled my already created Web Developer sites. I am sort of partial to SilverSprite: SilverSprite. It allows you to take an XNA game (written in C#) and use it in Silverlight with minimal code changes. I mention this because it might make your game easier to create.

Good luck.

Great resource as I had, at one point considered XNA as a platform. In fact, with a major re-write in the schedule XNA is a major contender for that. Makes XNA even more advantangeous.
