Sonar 7 tutorials

Depends what you want to do with it. It's good for MIDI, audio, video, etc., and chances are high that any given tutorial would cover a lot of stuff you wouldn't be using.

The manual is a good start, as is the help file. And you can look at the sample content that comes with it to get an idea of how it works.

Slightly better than the manual is the Sonar Power range of books.

You can also stick 'Sonar tutorial' into the search box in YouTube if you like, but if you're willing to spend a couple of hundred dollars on a sequencer program then it makes sense to spend a little bit more on a book to help you learn it.
