Collision detection with a rotatable object.

I''m having trouble testing colission detection between my 8x8 moving box and my 16x32 moving, rotatable bar. I was hoping for a way to rotate the box so that it is relative the the bar as though the bar was flat any help is greatly appriciated!

Sorry, but I don''t quite see what you need. Are you simply asking how you can rotate something, or are do you want to know how to detect collisions once you''ve rotated something?
